Terms and Conditions of Sale

General

All orders are accepted and Goods supplied to the following express terms and conditions of sale.

Any order placed by a Customer shall constitute an offer of contract upon these express terms and conditions.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price list acceptance of offer, dispatch note, invoice or other document or information (whether written or oral) issued by the Company shall be subject to correction without liability on the part of the Company.

Price lists, catalogues and other advertising medium used by the Company are intended only as an indication as to price and range of goods offered and no descriptions, prices or other particulars contained therein shall be binding on the Company.

Definitions

The Company means Old Butchers Shop Gift & Craft Centre.

The Customer means the person, company or firm who accepts a quotation from the Company for supply of Goods or services.

The Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.

The Goods means the Goods which the Company is to supply in accordance with these Conditions.

Payment Terms

Normal payment terms are:

a) cash or cheque with order

b) by approved Credit Card

c) by Bank Transfer

All prices are exclusive of UK VAT unless otherwise stated.

Old Butchers Shop Gift & Craft Centre reserves the right to alter prices without notice.

Credit Card transactions may incur a surcharge.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

UK: VAT will be levied at the rate current at the time of issue of any Invoices for all UK transactions.

Other EC Countries: If the purchaser can produce a valid VAT registration number the Invoice may be zero-rated.

International: There is no VAT levied on non-EC International invoices.

Shipping and Delivery

Prices quoted for Goods do not include delivery charges.

All Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (including any insurance) for destinations outside of the UK.

The cost of shipping within the UK will be quoted at the time of order.

Delivery dates quoted are estimates only and the Company shall not be responsible for any delays howsoever caused.

Returns

Carriage for all returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number or they may be refused. An RMA number will be allocated on request.

Title of Goods

All goods supplied remain the property of Old Butchers Shop Gift & Craft Centre until payment has been received in full.
